I visualized the three years-action plans for making an equitable school according to Ontario's Education Equity Action Plan to specify how the ideas can be articulated through educator's equity lenses and how this can be realized through Ontario's equity and inclusive education strategy. This Three year-action plan covers the topic of culturally responsive pedagogy, FNMI perspectives, and Students' mental health well-being. This content will give useful resources on how students, parents, educators, principals, and sand school staff can also help students' academic success and well-being fulfill the goal of the Ontario Education system as "Ensuring Equity."
